Four Days stake holder training programme on “developing value added food products and imparting hands-on training to the SSGs and VSSs members of Sambalpur division" The stake holder training programme is a worthy challenge to standardize the protocols for developing value added food products and imparting hands-on training to the SSGs and VSSs members of Sambalpur division. This training programme on the Development of value-added food products from Mahua flower, Moringa and Mango was held on 1st to 4th July, 2023 at P.G Department of Food Science Technology and Nutrition in collaboration with Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department, Sambalpur Division, Govt of Odisha. The four days training programme was based on the preparation of 14 different types of value-added food products from Mahua, Moringa and Mango. A total of 120 participants from different villages were attended the training programme.
