Five Days Entrepreneurship Development Programme on “Development of Value Added Food Products from Mahua Flowers” in association with Vasundhara, Bhubaneswar Dept. of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, Sambalpur University in collaboration with Vasundhara, Bhubaneswar under the supervision of Prof. Pradeep Kumar Naik has organized 5 days (from 22nd to 25th February, 2021) Entrepreneurship Development Programme on “Development of Value Added Food Products from Mahua Flowers”. Under this Entrepreneurship Development Programme, participants from different districts of Odisha came to take a hands-on training programme on the development of various value-added food products from mahua flowers such as cake, cookies, jam, jelly, pachak goli, gulabjamun, ice-cream, swiss roll, laddu, etc. It would help them in developing micro-enterprises with minimum investment and add extra power in their income basket.
